When I hit level 25 and I was finally able to pick this skill. I do not regret it. With points in the very same tree in Teamwork, Synergy, and Believe I am crushing a lot of guys in TVHM. With enough kill skills selected this capstone skill is just great. I am second guessing on picking promote the ranks if I get there because my weapon damage skills are buffed quite a bit running around. The kill skills are geat because they raise weapon damage. Which means Rocket launchers are even buffed. Anybody else love this skill?
Oh yes totally agree, since it also affects best foot forward too. I basically maxed his middle tree with the celestial COM and he’s unstoppable.
Delegation, optimisum, teamwork, collaborate,the shock nova skill and the shield copy skill with a good cryo nova shield along with all his 3 kill skills in that tree
IMHO he’s by far the strongest hunter on Elpis, not quite as damaging as nisha but much more survivable

I totally agree that it is his best skill, took a bit for people to realize it, on lauch everyone seemed to be looking at BA jacks or SB… but I was all about Leadership from the start.
If Jacks teleporting didn’t equal death it wouldn’t be nearly as good as it is. Was this really by design? It screws The Hero of the Story.
People are saying celestial is good? I use my digijacks so much I use the antagonist mod for the faster cool down.
If you recall your Jacks you don’t need cooldown, the Celestial is amazing
Just the fact that it boosts collaborate and teamwork sells me on the celestial COM
I just looked over the class mod… and points into BFF sounds like a waay better trade off than the cooldown, and you’re right about that derch. I don’t think most battles last long enough for my digi jacks to use up their whole time.
I posted this elsewhere, but the ridiculously short cool down for Jack seems to have been fixed. It’s approximately now 8 secs if you recall with the meter full and then a sliding scale after that. Even still, with BFF and Celestial and paying a bit more attention, you can have your DJs out 3/4 of the time. This is really more for the longer boss fights (i.e. Sentinel) and maybe the Holodome then normal mobbing (where everything is dead before the meter runs out).
Leadership IS the best. So many people running around with badass digi-jacks, they don’t even know.
I would argue leadership is one of the best skills in the game. Probably would take my vote for best.
I gueeeeess. Problem for me is most of the skills in the left tree aren’t enticing. Not worth wasting 24 skill points to get to the capstone.
@kritchie2023 @happyjack There are only two skills in The Hero of This Story that I consider bad skills: On My Mark and Inspire. The rest of the skills fit well into the general tanky/pet theme of the skill tree. While Leadership is a great skill for the Greater Good it has zero synergy with BA Digi-Jacks and very little with the rest of The Hero of This Story.
Really just best foot forward and jacks cache, but its amazing with those 2.
I guess one could make the case for Just Compensation too if you spam grenades and can take advantage of the grenade bonus. What skills do you take to get to Jack’s Cache?
Bff, just compensation both work well, with leadership and jacks cache you can easily rum around with 0 grenades and have plenty to toss.
But I agree with what you said outside of that. Hero of the Story is a great tree but outside the top does little with leadership.
I feel like with Jack I can put points into every single skill in one skill tree and have a good build, which makes me feel like a noob when I look at my point distribution 
I’ve used this build to play through all the content @ lvl 60 and have not had any problems - the BA digijacks worked well with leadership imo -
