I put in 3 legendary grenade mods, all level 60, only to get a level 50. It did the same with class mods, and oz kits, but it gives me level 60 weapons. Is there anyone else having this issue?
Did you grind on TVHM instead of UVHM by mistake? The grinder in TVHM caps everything at level 50 regardless of whether you put higher level gear in.
