The Conference Call is my favorite. The Heartbreaker comes in second.

Good choice, personally like the conference call too, but i ain’t got a favourite because there are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many beautiful shotties out there.

My favorite shotgun is the Rustler’s Twister (Shock). Second favorite is elemental Practicable Interfacers.

Yeah, see thats is where i have a problem. Never used the practicable interfacer or a good elemental one. Nor have i ever got the twister because i could’t be bothered to farm OOO.

Conference Call (before the first changes) and the Twister(shock!!!). Heartbraker is neat too, but I never was much of a shotgun user anyway.

Currently sculpting a mini 3D CC too^^

Thats cool, but the CC was never changed in any way, it is a common dissbelief, the Bee was the one that was nerfed, not the CC.

Mhh, strange… Maybe it was just all the mass hysteria^^ As said, not so much of a shotgun player myself, prefered the Unkempt Harold as shotgun-replacement =D
Mhh, back to shotguns… I liked Torgues Ravager models, depending on parts of course.

The CC isn’t on my gameplay radar and I only ever keep them to trade away.

lol. The Interfacer works better for me for some reason. It seems to shred where the CC seems to fizzle out.

The Twister probably works best with Maya (Chain Reaction), Zer0 (B0re) and Gaige (Close Enough / Nth Degree, maybe some other shock skills). If most of the pellets hit, it is possible to fully strip most creature’s shields in one-shot and even kill outright some that don’t have shields. Also, it is possible for Maya (with only 1 point in Restoration) to fully heal any character with only one-shot from the Twister. The only real downside to the Twister, aside from being difficult to farm, is its relatively low fire rate when compared to other shotguns (Butcher, Conference Call, Interfacer, etc.). But, the damage the Twister does alone pretty much makes up for that.

The Interfacer takes some getting used to and seems to have a “sweet spot” of about 10- 15 in-game feet. In that aspect, it is similar to the SWORDSPLOSION!!! (Explosive). I am still getting used to both. However, the Interfacer is also potentially one of the strongest Shotguns damage-wise at least if you can hit the “sweet spot”. So, I don’t mind the “leaning curve” that much.

I would say the Landscaper, but really it’s more of a prox mine weapon that happens to be a shotgun than a bona fide shotgun (shooting it at enemies at close range is a good way to die, and at any other range, a good way to miss).

Seriously though, the shotgun I think of as my favorite changes all the time, but at the moment, it’s a Rock Stalker. My Torgue allegiance character gets all the great shotties (Flakker, Swordsplosion, Landscaper, Ravager, Carnage), so he rarely brings this particular weapon out; nice change of pace.

omen or swordsplosion. both require a little player skill and planning, and then they deliver a huge punch. so rewarding and powerful.

I got a Slag Sledge’s Shotgun that I now use for slagging on my Sal. It is simply great - every time you pull the trigger the enemy turns purple; it’s as if it has a 100% slag chance. Must be because the 18% slag chance is applied to all pellets?
