I entered the DLC when I was way too lew level. Now that I have beat the game and am level 29, I wanted to play the DLC. I cannot find where to go back in on the level 13 1/2. How can I get back into the DLC? Am I not going to be able to repeat it unleass I play on UVH mode?

can only get there by Fast Travel station and any Fast travel station should have a location with this in it

You need to go to Deck 13/5 and climb up to Deck 14. Then there is a way to jump into Jack’s Deck 13/5
