Just looking for some insight here. Does better loot drop if you are playing offline?
The inverse is true now. A hotfix available only if you’re connected to the Internet on the title screen triples the drop rate of everything bosses drop and world drop Legendaries.

Ok thank you! I thought so, but a string of bad luck had me questioning my faith in RNGsus and weather or not I was missing something. Thanks for confirming!

RNG can be so dickish at times. Even with this hotfix I had to farm Blue for over 3 hours to get the Fabled Tortoise. That wasn’t fun.
Isn’t the increased drop rate a patch now instead of a hotfix?
Yes it is now, but a year ago it wasn’t when I posted this thread in July 2015.
