Ok I have now beaten the claptastic voyage on uvhm 15 times… For each play through I spent roughly 10 hours farming the ultimate badasses in Firestone for the proletarian revolution… Now I know this is a world drop but I have watched several people get this gun to drop countless times. With that said, I also have not gotten a single dlc gun to drop… Only the main game legendaries,and the cheat code as the reward for beating the dlc. I currently don’t have Internet so my question is, can we not get the dlc legendaries to drop without an Internet connection?? Has anybody else experienced this?
I mean I have internet and I’ve run CLuster Pandora a bajillion times for Top Gear Tests, i haven’t got a legendary drop yet.
Really? That’s odd…what play through are you on? I’ve literally watched a friend boot the game up, fast travel to Pandora cluster, and within 45min of farming got a proletarian revolution to drop.
Dude literally got a shock, cryo, and corrosive ones in a little under 2 hours…
Then something’s up. The only badass anything that’s supposed to drop stuff in the claptastic voyage DLC is a Badass Glitch who’s supposed to drop the luck cannon. I say supposed to because I killed like 50 of those motherlovers and didn’t get ONE.

I actually was fighting Eclipse and eos and after killing a few of those badasses I looked over and there was a luck Cannon! Haven’t seen one anywhere else though
It sounds like it’s not a case of them not dropping without internet as much as the fact that, without being connected, you’re not getting the hotfix which contains the drop rate changes (buff). In other words, the stuff you’re looking for still has a theoretical chance to drop, but it’s not as great a chance without the hotfix. Does that make sense?
