So, a couple days ago I got enough to buy Tales from the borderlands, the complete season. Yesterday, I completed the first episode and went into extras and into unlock. It told me I had to buy the season pass to unlock the heads and costumes in pre sequel even though I already had the complete season bought. Any advice? And I have the same SHIFT account on the pre sequel and Tales from the borderlands.
I don’t know much about errors as I got them immediately, but are they on the same system (both on xbone or both on steam, etc)? I know you said the same shift account, but last I heard they didn’t go cross-platform with the rewards.
Tales from the borderlands, and the Pre-sequel are both on my Xbox.
Theres a menu in tales (extras > unlocks iirc). Idk for sure if it does anything but it might be worth trying.
I haven’t bought any of them yet but I plan to soon.

Yes you need the season pass to get them.
3 episodes are out and buying the season pass means you get 4 & 5 for free upon their release.
Us PC users don’t get the individual option to buy the first and IIRC you play on Xbox, so you have the option to buy the 1st episode trial and purchase the pass afterwards. Or you can just skip the middle step and buy the whole enchilada.
