Been farming RK5 for ages and got no legendaries, two days ago playing with Wilhelm character on Level 66 he dropped the double penetrating 88 fragnum and then two runs after he dropped the Bolshy Longnail, so he does drop stuff eventually or maybe I was just damn lucky!!!
