This is a tree build i made for me to use. I just want to see what you think and know any weapons would work with this or any a better place to put my points in.
This have points in every tree. Law & Order for it shock melee and safety. Fan the Hammer for double pistols, shield restos on Showdown and explosions shoots. And The Riflewoman for ricochet and the explosions at the end of Showdown

Just put point into 3rd degree and tomstone
2 things:
1: skipping Tombstone = bad
2: Your build is all over the place. There is no focus, which means you will be mediocre at everything and good at nothing. I see melee skills, but not all of the good ones, so melee will not be viable. I see great conditional skills that contradict other conditional skills…
What are you trying to do with this build ? And the answer can’t be “everything” 
What guns do you plan to use? What class mod do you plan to use ?
This is what I normaly run, it works for most things but if you really want to min/max you are going to have to move some points around (you probably should anyway really)
Will, I guess I’m going with survive with great damaged in the . with the Law & Order was for the shield, heals, and add shock damaged to my melee. in the Fan the Hammer I want to use double pistols and have expostulate damaged. In The Rifle woman was for the other expostulate bust and the ricocheted. I don’t know what guns would help with this build, so I was hoping that people here would suggests what guns would help.
What’s the purpose of adding shock to your melee attack if it otherwise deals almost no damage ?
If you want to use melee, move points from wanted to 3rd degree, and carry a bladed cryo pistol like the T4S-R.
Otherwise if you want to stick with your build as it is… You can pretty much use anything you want, but there will always be some wasted points wathever you pick, and great skills missing for others.
I suggest you do the opposite: find the guns you like to use, and then craft your build around them. That way, you’ll have a bit of focus and you’ll know what those points are doing for you.
But whatever you do, find some points to put into Tombstone… It’s perhaps the best skill in the whole game.

No tombstone!?!? Blasphemy!
Take points out of law & order tree and ,MAX tombstone. Trust me this will increase your damage by A LOT!
When using shotguns or other multi projectile guns, your damage will go from high to stoopid high.
Things that impact the skill point distributions:
1- Pistols or No Pistols
2- Showdown or No Showdown (Or rarely)
3- NE guns or No NE guns
4- Mag size of the guns: Small or Big
5- Melee (rarely) or No melee
