Did the anointment (Gain 300% increased Weapon Damage against enemies above 90% health.) get nerfed or is this version of it rare

cant find the anointment (Gain 300% increased Weapon Damage against enemies above 90% health.) I can only find the (150%) did they nerf it or is the (300%) rare af.

It was changed to 150/90.
