Phaseflare skill interaction questions

I’ve looked around and have tried doing some testing of my own but haven’t been able to find an answer for the following interactions.

  1. Phaseflare + Unweave the Rainbow: Does the damage over time from Phaseflare count as Splash damage to trigger UtR or only the initial impact/explosion?

  2. Phaseflare + Laid Bare: Does the damage over time refresh the duration of Laid Bare or only the impact? If not, then does each impact trigger Laid Bare or only the first one?

  3. Phaseflare + Soul Sap/Samsara: This one is more of an idle curiosity but, why does Samsara trigger from the damage over time but Soul Sap does not? They both supposedly trigger off of Action Skill damage but despite reading “All damage dealt by Amara’s action skill” Soul Sap only triggers on the impacts of the orb but not from the damage over time effects but Samsara refreshes stacks from every tick of the damage over time.
