Game restricts gear and anointment combos?

Am I late to the party and it’s common knowledge that Stackbot class mod cant roll with Vladof Crit Damage (even though this mod ability does exist in the game) and that Soulrender cant roll with ASE Splash Damage anoint?

I tried save editing Fl4kk’s mod to have that modifier and it would not load in the game - in my defense I spent about 3 consecutive hours farming jackbot for it.

I spent about half a mil in eridium trying to roll the splash annoint on Soulrender. Gave up. Save edited it. Brought the item back to reroll machine - it’s does not show up as available for reroll.

Any other combos that make sense to go together but dont exist that I should know about?

There is no Vladof critical stat on COMs, only Atlas, DAHL, Hyperion and Jakobs.

In terms of Splash anointment, not every gun can roll it. Here is a guide List of All Splash Weapons
