[Build] Moze's Bloody Wish

With all the new DLC 6 items released I wanted to put together a Moze build of my own that I was happy with, and now that ive done it I thought I’d share it here.

This build revolves around 3 items, the new Infernal Wish shield, Moze’s Bloodletter COM and the Deathless artifact. The Infernal Wish grants +1 projectile while the shield is active but also has a chance to apply a burn DOT on yourself whenever you shoot, using the Bloodletter COM Moze can keep her shield up indefinitely until she goes into FFYL, then the Deathless atifact reduces Moze’s health to 1 and gives double the shield which is extremely valuable since with Deathless Moze struggles to keep her health up since most of what would heal her goes into regenerating her shields.

The Bloodletter COM can allow Moze to have 1 hp and greatly boosted shields by having at least 2 points in thin red line but this doesn’t grant as much shield as a Deathless arifact and using an Elemental Projector Deathless this means the burn DOT given by the infernal wish boosts fire damage which is extremely useful for Moze as she has many skills that add or increase fire damage for her weapons.

This means for the build you’ll need an Infernal Wish (the parts and anointment dont matter too much as there isn’t anything that’ll be of great benefit but increased capacity is good), a Bloodletter COM that doesn’t have points in Thin Red Line as it would be wasted, and then an Elemental Projector Deathless artifact.

For the skill tree I’ve put it together here so you can see it and copy it.
Firstly blue tree is simple, Fire in the Skag Den adds fire damage to splash which is perfect, Means of Destruction to get ammo and grenades back, Torgue Cross Promotion for splash damage and radius, Pull the holy pin for grenade crits to activate Redistribution, Vampyr for healing which translates to instead shield restoration, To The Last so you can throw grenades in FFYL, Short Fuse is just even more splash damage, Stainless Steel Bear, Deadlines, Grizzled and Explosive Punctuation are all for Iron Cub to stay alive and cooldown faster.

Next is the purple tree, Biofuel gives Moze and iron Bear health regen whenever they ignite an enemy which is basically all the item and the health regen for moze is just shield regen with Bloodletter so thats why it’s good here, Harmonious Havoc grants +10% gun damage per item with a matching element meaning you’ll want all your equipped guns to be the same element, I’ll get into this more at gear reccomendations, then lastly for purple is Fired Up which grants stacking fire rate boost which interestingly gets activated by the self DOT applied by the Infernal Wish meaning as long as you’re shooting this will constantly be at 5/5 stacks granting +25% fire rate.

Now for green tree which is just a very basic setup for Moze. Cloud of Lead adds more fire damage and lets every 4th shot not consume ammo, Redistribution gives ammo and health/shield regen on scoring a crit which can be activated by grenades thanks to Pull the Holy Pin, Stoke the Embers increases fire damage, one point in Scrappy just for moving down the tree, and then a point in Rushin’ Offensive to allow shooting while sprinting and life steal while doing so.

Lastly red tree. Armored Infantry grants gun damage and damage resistance while shields are up which is just all the time, Drowning in Brass reduces fire rate which we have plenty of in this build and grants damage in return which helps out, then Experimental Munitions gives extra fire damage on scoring a crit.

For the action skill Iron Cub with the vanquisher rocket pod is perfect in this build, no hopping in and out of Iron bear and Iron Cub will get lots of boosted splash plus you can use target softening to let Moze do even more damage. Then putting Fuel for the fire helps Iron Cub stay alive and the slots open so why not.

Now for gear recommendations. Since this build uses Harmonious Havoc all equipped weapons should be the same element, and since Moze gets so many boosts to fire damage with skills and the elemental projector it would make sense to go for all fire damage but that means if an enemy is immune to fire damage or even just resists it you’ll be doing very little or no damage. So then I chose to use shock damage weapons for the build due to some of the weapons that are either shock only or only can switch between shock and one other element.

The two main weapons I chose to use are the Plasma Coil, which is still just so strong, and the new Free Radical, which is an amazing new shock maliwan pistol from DLC 6. I also picked up a shock Kaoson as it too still has great damage plus it also doesn’t do self damage so you wont be killing yourself with it if there’s enemies constantly up in your face. As a fourth weapon you can just throw on a shock Backburner or Plaguebearer for good luck as they’re always good to have.

A low level Cloning Maddening Tracker is perfect for Moze for healing with Vampyr and activating Redistribution, but any low level grenade that can split off and hit multiple enemies should be good for the build, just the CMT is the best choice.

Then like I talked about earlier the stars of the build, Bloodletter, Infernal Wish, and Elemental Projector Deathless. You’ll Need these for the build.

Now for anointments, for the weapons the best for Moze is the Consecutive Hits anointment as it will provide a constant damage boost with all the elemental DOTs on enemies stacking it up. On the grenade the On grenade throw damage increase anointment is going to be your best bet. Then for the shield I really wasnt sure with this one, Moze lacks an action skill that can be activated and deactivated quickly so ASE and ASA doesnt really work, so in the end I just decided to go with Action skill end health regen as itll help you stay alive when iron cub isn’t out.

I hope I’ve covered everything here and I hope others enjoy the build, It’ll work great on all mayhem modes, I play it on mayhem 11 personally, and it even shreds hemovorus too. Sorry for my formatting if its terrible as its my first time posting a build here so I’m not experienced with the fancy formatting tags but it should be good enough.

Can I recommend using uRad anointed Corrosive weapons?

For grenade I’d suggest a corrosive hunter-seeker with the 25ogt anointment. It’ll get the uRad damage too.

You’ll get the guardian rank bonus for multiple dots and more chance to apply dots for fired up.

Oh yeah uRad would work great, I completely forgot about it aha. I don’t know if the hunter seeker bullets trigger vampyr tho since they count as gun damage so if they don’t it doesn’t work

The hunter seeker gets: vampyr from impact, redistribution from crits and biofuel from ignite. Also experimental munitions. Each shot will get uRad and potentially trigger fired up. Oh and short fuse, skag den and big surplus.

I’m testing at the moment to see if the shots fired get doubled by the infernal wish. They should

Infernal Wish has fixed parts or can spawn amp?

Not certain. It spawns with anywhere between 0 and 2 extra parts.

I’m pretty sure it can spawn with amp parts but I didn’t go for amp as with the self burn it’ll be pretty rarely at 100%

Thanks! Thought of amp because of Bloodletter and Rushin’ Offensive but the self ignite would ruin it anyway

Hunter Seeker bullets also pick up any active elemental Next two mags anoints
