Does phase grasping a non graspable enemy now proc samsara? Specifically ties that bind.
I don’t think Samsara works with ttb, unless they fixed it…
Ttb does proc samsara when grasping a non-graspable enemy. Just tested. Dont know how useful it will be. I have an old build I’ll have to go update.
