Anointed Ghast Call

Did GBX make an adjustment to the Ghast Call so it would now drop anointed.

It has been suggested that the loot ghosts were dropping anointed Ghast Calls during the Hearts event.

I turned the event off for performance reasons and would hate to think I missed out…

I got a Scream of Terror earlier in the event and it was not anointed. This was before the Wedding Invitation drop change so they might have done something there.

But I would be truly disappointed if they adjusted an item that isn’t even supposed to be dropping instead of buffing the Wedding Invitation and Polyaimorous.

Maybe with this year Bloody Harvest, for now it’s not available to drop and not anointed.

I did see a few Bloody Harvest goodies this year during Broken Hearts from random Loot Ghosts.

What IS cool about these is that they seem to drop without Terror anoints. I seen a Fearmonger with ASE status effect and a Stalker with Rakkslag.

I got a ghast call from the V-Day event but wasn’t anointed. As stated above, I got a Fearmonger with phase grasp 100% weap dmg

Yes, the same as last BHD it was possible to get them.

I got a few last year as well, a couple curiosities though.

• Why don’t Hearts spawn during Bloody Harvest as a few Ghosts can spawn during Broken Hearts Day?

• Why do Bloody Harvest weapons dropped during Broken Hearts Day not have Terror anoints?

Bloody Harvest was added first to the game and it was in unchaged form last year. Broken Hearts Day event had already that rare ghost heart so it was intentional.
The lack of BH anointments during BHD is probably tied to hotfix. Terror is exclusively BH thing, without BH hotfix it can’t drop in game.

Also it was kind of a little joke, the ghost hearts are named something like “error_wrong_event” or something along those lines, I forget exactly.

I personally experienced in the broken hearts day event that the legendary hearts would drop the polyamorous and the wedding invitation but I did not see the ghast call drop any of its events specific loot with with anointments on it during the broken hearts day event.

Both Poly and WI were dropping from Loot Hearts only in last two days of event. It was changed via hotfix to compensate bugged rewards for some players.

The Vindicator Ghast Call doesn’t need an anointment of any kind…lol… But yeah, the one I had was a level 60… I do have a level 65 without an anointment.

I remember being sent an anointed one before the last level cap but the sender had modded it.

Scream of Terror and Ghast Call never naturally had anointments.

Both have hidden terror boosts. So essentially, they are always terror anointed.
