I had my ties cool down at 2 seconds before ascendant. I put a point into ascendant and ran the shaft. Cool down was at just over a second. I left there for xylourgos to farm Amach. Suddenly my cool down was at 5 seconds. Now I can’t get it back to two after removing ascendant. IDK.
How did you get it to two seconds? Even with every cooldown bonus and Topped Off, that was very low. Had you just respecced your build?
Cool down bonuses on artifact, com, and plus ultra with cool down anoint. Use expedite with restless points as you see fit. I move around grouping enemies as best I can to grab as many as I can at a time.
It’s been mentioned elsewhere that there are some funky mechanics between Expedite and Ascendant… I haven’t looked into them enough to know the details. The only reason I asked is that for some reason when you respec your skill points, the cooldown is 3 times as fast until you next switch off/save quit. If Expedite isn’t working correctly then Stillness of Mind and Soul Sap are probably the best augments for TTB, Stillness of Mind for crowds, Soul Sap for bosses.
This thread seems to suggest that Expedite is currently broken, with or without Ascendant. A shame, since I do like the skill: Expedite in Amara's 4th skill tree isn't working?
