Techspert Class Mod not resetting SNTNL cooldown/duration

First post here so please forgive any mistakes

I got a Techspert class mod a couple of days ago with the new 35% chance to reset cooldown/duration of SNTNL. However, I have not once seen it proc. I can kill 20 enemies in a row and nothing happens

I only got the game a few days ago so I cannot comment on whether it worked before the most recent hotfix unfortunately

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I just checked it - works as advertised, though I only checked resetting SNTNL’s duration. I went to a mob of Skags, laid into them while watching the SNTNL status bar, and it regularly shot back to full. I didn’t check that it would reset cooldown though.

I assume you see the 35% stat on the COM, assuring that the Hotfix was applied?

Yeah the mod says 35% on it, it does sometimes reset the cooldown/duration, but it feels more like 5% than 35%
