The new spy class mod active ability does not stack with Seein’ Red, meaning that activating the last charge of the MNTIS cannon will activate all kill skills once if you have the COM, seein’ red or both. This is mostly relevant with commitment, as a spy build relying on the last charge should be able to stack commitment twice per activation.
