What does the anointment"Slam damage is increased by 100% for Phaseslam and related action skills" actually do?

In English it says slam, in German it says the equivalent of melee or punch, but gramatically in English I read it as making phaseslam damage increase by 100%

Any thoughts?

What it does: nothing

Champagne! They finally stealth fixed it along with the buff, phaseslam does x4 damage with this anoint huzzah!
