Starting Gearbox Legendary Weapons, not available

I’ve decided to play Borderlands GOTYE and wanted access to the two legendary starting weapons but they’re not in my new characters inventory, I also don’t have the 75 keys that I heard you get. I opened a SHiFT account for my PS4 Pro (my console is signed in). I also reinstalled the Handsome Collection and as I didn’t have any current saves for either game I started new characters and played them for a few minutes so that there was a saved game for each but still no luck, any ideas?

I’d say the best course of action would be to send a support ticket in, that’s the only way I could see anything happening with this.
