Action Skill Damage % class mods benefits FL4K?

Hi all, just got a bounty hunter class mod with passive bonus +36% Action Skill Damage. Just wondering if it actually boosts the damage for any FL4K action skill especially Fade Away? Thanks

Fade Away is the only one completely unaffected by action skill boosts. Rakk and Gamma will both benefit, although Gamma will only receive it on the initial explosion and not the subsequent pet attacks.
