I understand the Action Skill Start anoint was introduced during the cartel event. Now that the event is over, can I still find this anoint on items? Specifically looking for the Stop Gap and Frozen Heart with this anoint. Thanks.

I’m looking for a Frozen Heart too. Let me know if you find one. I’m hoping that combining it with Phaseslam will mean a whole load of frozen enemies I can then punch.
