I was fighting the valkyrie now and I got into fight for your life so many enemies killed all of em and never got out from fight for your life died eventually.

after looking deeper in to this I noticed it’s just happening on amara

Are you using Slayer mayhem mode? The mobs that are put under 15% do not give second winds most of the time.
I mean I do but the thing is that I’m killing them not just with melee but with status effect as well burn dmg etc… killed 5 guys and no coming a fix is needed in that department
