Damn, I don’t know if GB adjusted the health values yet. If they didn’t, 23 minutes is INSANE! Even if they didn’t, 23 is still freakin awesome!

I didn’t try TTD at all but think this solo level is prime for the build. :slightly_smiling_face:

Great run @kbk160008! Really impressive. That is ridiculously fast. But Fl4k is the worst VH, right? :wink:

EDIT: @nat_zero_six BT dubs, I didn’t watch the video yet but I saw the description on the Zane video with the Bekah. Let me just say - if they don’t add the M10 Bekah to the VH Rewards vending machine with Phase 2 (or whatever phase that was supposed to be in), I am going to be one saaaaaad panda!

Just to highlight how absurdly fast this run is, I timed myself tonight on what I would consider a pretty “flawless” run with my Rakk build, designed around abusing the Recursion, Reflux, and Monarch. Just a shade under 40 minutes.

pre-guardian takedown nerf, kbk got a 23 minute run while other badass players got 40 mins to an hour.

kbk is one of the best arena speedrunners. go check out his magic slaughter runs, keeping the bee full, no moxsy, no ffyl.

Is it just me, or is BL3 quite a bit easier than BL2? I feel like the Bee issues from BL2 kind of made things both easier and harder in a lot of ways, right?

I am undecided on whether I like the mechanics of BL3 better than BL2. I am clear that I think that BL2 is a better game on the whole, but I definitely don’t miss the Bee. I thought the Bee shield was kind of dumb.

All of my endgame builds in BL2 rocked Rough Rider, Antagonist or Big Boom Blaster.

for me, yes. best is still BL2 for me, BL3 is halfway complete so let’s see if it will change my opinion on it.

I do like some of the changes they made. More emphasis on mobbing is cool, because I feel like that is more difficult on the whole and demonstrative of player skill vs. raiding in BL2, which was never really my favorite thing, even though I do kind of miss having the raid bosses.

I could run the Peak over and over and over and never get tired of that. I really don’t see why they can’t give us more Peak-like experiences in BL3. I think they tried pretty hard to do that with the MTD, but then they have strayed away from it with the GTD.

I agree though, we will have to wait until BL3 has been out for like 18 months to really know how it stacks up.

I mained Maya and ran primarily the Blockade. That was a great shield. The Aesclepyius (sp?) reminds me a little of the Blockade actually now that I think of it.

same. one of the few things i love in bl2 is coop, raids and peak. which, so far i do not find/enjoy in BL3.

too bad the game might not be optimized for console, tried to join some of my friends online and even aiming down sight got lags.
