So I’ve got Amara at about level 32, so I’ve been researching some end game builds. Specifically, I’ve been watching Moxxy’s Ricochet Witch videos. It looks like he’s using two action skills? The first is clearly phase grasp, but then he does the punching thing with the blue arms coming out? Like a mele attack? Can someone explain this to me!
I think what you’re seeing is a visual effect that’s due to Helping Hands, a green tree skill; it’s not a second action skill.
