I’d like to see if there is a zane build that allows (forces) the SNTNL to drop more grenades and allow me to change from It’s Piss to a MIRV Hex grenade mod. I’m in the mood to respec.
I don’t think you can maximize it, this skill has fixed cooldown.
Sadly nothing you can do about that. If you want a Zane grenade spam build, you need to go with the Clone, Fractal Frags and Seein’ Dead.
If I wanted to spam grenades, I’d roll More than OK Boomer, and leave Zane’s second action skill open? Dead enemies drop more grenades than I can throw.
Alternately some Duct Tape Mod with a COM that boosts it? What does Seein’ Dead do for grenade spam?

So. Watch the Traunt fight. My clone keeps looping his throw from the SD procs of the original throw.
And this is without using a multi proc weapon.
Dang it, I still try to identify these by looking for the hexagon shape around the skill, and otherwise forgot that there was a chance to proc on kill.
I guess I thought Seein’ Dead just sort of ‘activated’ the kill skills, as opposed to repeatedly firing kill skill event triggers when RNG favors one of the damage shots.
Weapon damage is a clusterfuck of things. And it never stays the same from one writing to the next
Pretty much everything triggers Seein Dead. Action skills, grenades, dots…
That’s why the recurring hex is so great on Zane. It triggers Seein Dead like nothing else, freeing you up to use single pellet weapons with low rate of fire.
New challenge for me: don’t let this put Seein’ Dead permanently into my COM slot.
