It’s actually pretty good under the right circumstances.

Extensive testing confirmed that it does indeed +0 damage on every hit. Under as of yet unclear circumstances, sometimes the bonus didn’t apply though, so more testing may be required.

I got a Rough Rider with that annoint as well, it’s about a level 9 meme.

Now that annoint on a Recharger/Transformer rocks.
