I have been away from my PC and haven’t had time to test this but the other night my Kaoson was just destroying. And it always has done that… but the other night I had a com and an artifact with Grenade Damage bonuses on them.
And it just seemed like the stickies were totally wrecking…MORE…
Anybody had a chance to test this?
I’m just now starting to play with the Kaoson, and shot it for the first time yesterday (not even at a target) - following for my own clarification!
Just tested it again only to make sure. It does not get grenade damage bonuses. However, if you’ve got splash damage/aoe damage, both bullet and explosion receive that.
For a rookie Kaoson user, what’s its gimmick? I see the sticky rounds, but do they stack damage or something?
I don’t think they stack but I just don’t know. The combination of high damage, superb accuracy and handling as well as the high fire rate mixed with those explosive stickies that seem to delay for about a half second

I have tried most of the new guns and admittedly don’t have the best anoints on some of them but the Kaoson is absolutely my favorite. Long range, short range, mid range, Hell any range! The thing just wrecks on Moze…And it doesn’t really matter what Class mod you wear. Boosts the splash as much as you can and let her rip.
I had a sneaking suspicion that this is one of the few guns that will get the grenade damage bonus on its stickies as well…but oh well…
Fabulous anyway… best gun in game…for me anyway
It’s a Dahl that was secretly developed in a dual contract, highly experimental research program with DARPA, Dahl and Torgue Armaments.
I have one that just rocks with my Critical FL4K. The stickies do a ton of Crit damage and the mag is rarely below full. I do really enjoy this SMG.
Just wish my old favorite SMGs still worked 
The weapon itself no but the micro grenades spawned by the Mind Sweeper CM should.
