This really sucks because it’s something I used all the time. It always keep my buddy and me from running out of ammo. Maybe reduce it but don’t take it away! Doesn’t make sense because the lifesteal 75% still works with double barrel. Just don’t understand what it was hurting so much that it had to be taken away.
That’s kinda sad, as one of the reasons I’ve started Zane is to run with unlimited heavy ammo. I’m still on lvl 34 and half of the motivation is now just gone.
I haven’t been able to play myself, but looking at amount of bugs and half-assed decisions (like no M level indicator on guns and absence of skill damage scaling) makes me think they should’t release the patch in this state.
I know they are working from home (I do the same) and it’s slower and maybe less communication. But releasing half-assed solutions isn’t the way I think.

Fish Slap is not even on the same level for refilling ammo. Yes it works but not as efficient. Digi clone with the face puncher was amazing! Tried using fish slap as a replacement today and it’s not! Sad
Better than having no option of refilling ammo
Is it really that hard to just melee an enemy the normal way or just use slam since we can now slam without having to be 30 feet in the air?
All it takes is like 11 melee hits to completely refill your ammo, that’s if you allowed it to dwindle down to nothing in the first place.

What I found 2 of though is cutpurse rocket boots.
Those work too. I got a decent one during the event. Now is the time.
