I was getting tired of the build I was using, so I had a look at Conductor mod and gave it a shot.
We are using three Boom Sickles, all sntnl cryo anointed. Fire for general mobbing, shock and corrosive to element-match larger enemy.
4th slot is up to us, but I suggest corrosive cutsman for destroying Wotans legs quick and easy.
When we are mobbing with Fire Boom Sickle, we got everything covered - Flesh from gun, armor from anoint and shields from mod.
We use conductor mod - the more points in Borrowed Time, the better. Other skills don’t offer much.
Rolls ideally are splash dmg, shotgun damage and Vladof accuracy.
What wired roll, right? The Sickle counts as shotgun, and has very wide spread, and if we reduce that, more bullets will hit target, increasing overall damage output.
As artifact we run Ice Breaker Victory Rush. Ice Breaker increases cryo efficiency of sntnl cryo anoint, which is very useful. One shot from our Sickle usually enough to freeze AND kill enemy, even if we don’t hit crits. Victory Rush for obvious reasons.
We want Area-of-Effect dmg, shotgun dmg and cryo efficiency as rolls.
For bosses we use Pearl of ineffable Knowlegde.
I recomend for us to use low level Band of Sitorak with run and gun prefix and sntnl speed anoint. The fast recharge helps tremendously with CCC.
If we don’t want to use BoS, Big Boom Blaster will do trick.
Last but not least we equip cryo Recurring Hex with on Grenade thrown anoint, to help freeze.

Standard Under Cover setup for CCC not much to say. We spend points to reach CCC.
In Hitman we want to pick up Violent Violence. It best dps skill.
One point salvation is enough, we have healing from Rise to the Occasion and Donnybrook.
Rest of points go Synchronicity, Donnybrook. Only 1 point in Borrowed time needed because conductor.
If our conductor does not have any points in BT, take points from Cool Hand.
We use Barrier with Allrounder and Deterrence Field and Sntnl with Bad Dose and Static Field.
Edit: scrapped Praemunitus from build because it only gives ~2 Bullets with 3 Points. Take Cool Hand instead.
