What’s the drop rate for bl2 legendaries after the hotfix?

10%. At least for bosses.

That would be awesome if they did the vendors in the dlcs are they guaranteed seraphs or legs?

The Seraph vendors only contain Seraph items, but only about half of the Seraph items in the game are available from those vendors. The other half are dropped by raid bosses.

As for legendaries, only Torgue vendors in the Torgue DLC have guaranteed oranges.

I’ve only seen Torgue legendarys in the torgue machines.

Can anyone tell me the droprate for pearls?

I’m not sure what you’re asking.

The Torgue vendors only contain Torgue items, including guns, class mods and heads, and always have a legendary Torgue gun or grenade mod as the item of the day.

Regular med, ammo and gun vendors can have a legendary item of the day, although it’s pretty rare. It will be the same type of item they normally carry. For example, a legendary grenade mod in an ammo vendor.
