I’ll go straight to the point:
IMO Amara phasegrasp anointment must be “When/after phasegrasp is used increase weapon fire rate by (x) and weapon reloading speed by (x)”.
Whether you support my suggestion or not, thank you for reading guys.
Would that do anything though? I mean, you still probably wouldn’t use it over dmg increasing anointments.

If you’re phasegrasping 100% weapon damage ASE is better than anything else.
