Hi, i got issue with cooldown it driving me crazy… My cooldown is always kinda long & very random, its never like its supposed to be, i don’t know why look like its just bugged.
All build i saw on youtube & those guys just spam phaselock & get little to no cooldown but of course when i reproduce all those build & just do the exact same things i never get the same results my action skill cooldown always just bad i don’t know why :’(
For example i just did same build as this guy : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3WByyGIj1xI&t= but noway i got those very short 4 seconds cooldown for me its always around 10 seconds i got no items who claim to like ruin my cooldown all look fine but noway i can achieve same results …
Thats from a bug. If you respec your cooldown will bug due to Topped Off Guardian Rank skill and will be very fast. Once you quit to main menu it gets fixed and works as inteded.

So all those guys just abuse from bugs in build ? I don’t anderstand lol i never achied to get any build who let me phaselock mobs every 5 seconds, Is there really some builds like that who get 5 seconds cooldown without use any bug ?

So you’re telling me all those “build youtuber” just abuse of bugs & give us fake bs builds that will not work as intended everytime ? Well that sucks lol
If they are using the Mystical Assault capstone then it’s legit. But even then after the second you have a longer cool down. Most youtubers either steal stuff from the forums or just talk BS.
Can you advice me some good site to find legit build ? If this even exist i’m noob to make build myself i just wish to have good place to find some & try some find what is better for me

I’m not a pro at this or anything, but One thing I did notice in the video was that the guy was using “stillness of mind”. That skill adds +15% to your cooldown and also lowers your ties that bind damage I believe. 15% isn’t a ton, but if you are concerned about the cooldown, maybe replace that and see if it helps.
Some of those Youtubers do that, and some of them also use modded gear that doesn’t actually exist. Whatever impresses the audience and gets more likes & subscribes.

with phasezerker, (~50% )cdr on artefact and mod, 5 points in restless,TTB+SoM and a full shield 4 the topped off GR perk…u get exactly 5 sec cd consistently
