Epic shield in DLC 2?

I thought I remember a youtuber talking about a great new Epic shield in DLC2 but I can’t find the reference anywhere.

Does this new DLC Have a wonderful Red Text Epic??

Kinda like the Double Downer was in DLC1??

i found an epic shield with 0 shield - +50% health and +13% weapon damage / damage reduction
unfortunately not annointed

with a good annoint probably better than that legendary one

I did not get it on vincent…at least I did not see it (probably was only looking for oranges). But it is not farmable…correct??

I have had one show up in my lost loot in my two play throughs so far. Set them aside to investigate later. Seems to be a purple rough rider, but might somehow have something different. Not sure where they came from, but it was early in the DLC each time.
