I’ve been farming this shield with the 200% after phaseslam an ointment for about 2 weeks and no luck. I’m now wondering if it even drops anymore after the update does anyone know???
It does. I got one yesterday after the new hotfix applied.
EDIT: The reason you’re struggling is that this is one of those dedicated drops that is pretty rare (unlike, say, the Ion Cannon or the Westergun), and you’re looking for a specific anointment.
