It's piss annoint stack?

Does the it’s piss grenade 20% de buff and the +25% damage ase annoint stack? Or do they not work together?

They can both be active at once, they’ll work together just fine.

With Zane his clone and drone count as independent grenade throws that also stack. In my opinion… Best grenade in the game.

Does anyone know if the It’s Piss grenade stacks on itself? As in if I throw multiple Piss grenades on a target will it multiply the de-buff?

No, only if different characters throw it. Zane’s clone and drone do though. I tested this with my wife to make sure.
