Hi Folks,
I am playing Borderlands 3 on a PS4 Pro. I use a 60 Inch Plasma TV, but even with this, the Icons and the Text of the UI are way to small, so that my head is aching soon after starting to play the game.
Is there any way to somehow remedy this? How can the UI or the Text Size be changed?

Sadly you have to just deal with it. Might change in the future, but so far we all have to lean in or stand up just to read.
Same on all platforms unfortunately - I regularly have to get up to go read item text when vendoring etc. A larger font size across the entire UI would be such a huge QoL improvement.
Major QOL downgrade. Wish they woulda just left the text icons the same as the previous Borderlands. Everything is so tiny and hard to read now.
A side note; and more of a nitpick really but I wish the kill-skill icon colors would corresponde to the skill tree they are from. Would make it easier to indirectly keep track of them via peripheral sight.
Example:
Moze Drowing in Brass icon would show up with a red background while Redistribution shows up green.
Would make it easier to keep track of procs and timers.
But yeah, text size is way too small. Ridiculously small even.
I know it’s been a while since this thread was started, but in case anyone is still having trouble with the text size I found the answer. If you go to the options menu, then Accessibility, then down to the Sound section there’s a slider for Subtitles & CC Size. This controls ALL the text sizes for no apparent reason. I cranked it up to 110 and now I can actually read the echo menu while leaning back in my chair instead of sitting right up on the TV like it’s a computer.
Just tried this, on my ps4, and only seems to affect subtitles. What exactly did it affect on your game?
It seemed to increase the size of the font in the echo menu and the start menu at least, and possibly things like the floating item tags. I didn’t play long after that and I haven’t checked it on split screen yet. I’ll go back and double check tomorrow, there’s a chance that I’m mistaken…
I can’t can see it well either. On split screen it’s impossible for me.
Yeah this is something a lot of us have been asking to be fixed for a great while now.
You can tell that this was not tested in the least and you certainly never saw GBX playing actual Couch Co Op (as the name implies) on their stream like the rest of us do because that certainly would of been amusing to watch GBX employees sitting a foot away from a television to read text.
