Can amber management come anointed?

Got an Ember Purge with Slide Anoinment, so I guess all usual ones are possible

But Ember’s Purge is a different gun than Amber Management.

Not enough testing for a definite answer but I’m leaning toward no.
All stats are fix…
I will give it a few more shots tomorrow. If I find anything I’ll tell you.
