I might be wrong but I think that opens for Ratched Up. Rhys will give that to you once you’re done at Atlas.

Hmnnn, that’s odd. Map says he is at Metroplex but when I go there map then says he’s at Atlas HQ. Go there and he is back to Metroplex.

Where is he supposed to reside post campaign?
