Can’t use my drops from the dlc or even play the DLC offline

Unfortunately, the current hotfix enables the DLC so you have to play on-line for it to activate. If it isn’t active, the DLC and items remain unaccessible. Hopefully the next update makes the DLC install permanent.
Yea my internet went out a few weeks ago and on top of not being able to use my craps pistols it told me I didn’t have permission to play a game I’ve bought.
This didn’t happen before the dlc hit, just saying.
