Deadly Bloom question

Does anyone know if the Deadly Bloom spawns with fixed parts? The one I have has a 5.6 recharge delay and I’d like to farm the mission for one with a lower delay.

It does not appear to spawn with fixed parts. You can get as low as 2.xx recharge delay.

Anyone know what the highest nova damage or nova radius for an OP 8

For an OP8 Deadly Bloom Shield, Max Nova Damage is 4238477 and Max Nova Radius is 1668.
