What does the enrage effect do?
It enraged yourself, giving you faster fire rate. I assume you mean for the berserker relic.
Its sprint speed aswell right?
Yes all the legendary versions drop +13% fire rate and +8% Sprint speed. I think the intent is for kill skills like Zane or Fl4k to keep them up as long as possible.

Well I feel like using a face puncher to proc it would actually be pretty good for Moze. She can shoot and Sprint at the same time in her Bottemless mags tree XD

Yeah it took me a while to realize what it did, and that there are better options.
