Whilst playing as Salvador a got the Mysterious Amulet from the Lair of Infinite Agony and used this to get the Unicornsplosion in the Fight for Sanctuary DLC. Can the Mysterious Amulet be used again by a different player? My current player is Maya and I was hoping to use the Salvador Amulat for her to get the Unicornsplosion. Or would I need Maya to go to the Lair of Infinite Agony and get her own Amulet?

You should definitely be able to transfer that to the other character for her to use.
