Transformer needs to have a dedicated loot drop

Transformer should have a dedicated loot drop from someone like Killavolt (fits his theme of shock) as it is an important item for a lot of builds and a pain in the ass to get a perfect annointment or even an annointment at all without being able to farm a specific enemy/boss

And it is also a quest reward late in the main story if you do sidequests.
