So… I’ve got 3 72 toons, working on a 4th and as many times as I’ve done the “In Memoriam” side quest I always see this echo behind the loot chest next to the entrance to Frostburn Canyon.
If you go over the bridge and hang a left, there’s a pump station looking building that has a few bullymong nests and rakk’s swarming overhead. I jump down from there to grab the last echo and do a fast travel back the car from the “catch a ride” on the other side of the bridge you jump at the start of the map.
I’ve seen this thing at least a hundred times and kinda wondered if it was part of a side quest that never happened or they had a gap to fill in.
Speculations?
