Craders emp5 drop location?

I know its only a m4 drop but i heard gearbox with todays patch made it to where it now drops from agonizer 9000 not just pain in the story??? Anyone confirm this?

Can confirm that it drops from A9K now! I play on Xbox One, and it dropped from A9K on my first farm attempt
