Is this skill bugged for everyone else? on my tool tip it gives no armor or fuel but gives damage every point and i have tested it and no matter how many points i put in its gives no extra armor ?
make sure you have the hotfix applied. wait a bit in the main menu before hitting play. should sovlve it

yep, this happened to me too. I needed to quit out of the game and wait for the “hotfixes applied” sign to show up before going back into the game. SSB is working after that
Happened to me last night as well. Only a restart fixed it.
