Trying to find Jimmy Jenkins

I have been searching for hours. I am yet to find to Jimmy Jenkins. If anyone wants to try to help me, my PSN is Jayhawk_177. Once I kill him, I will get the platinum trophy.

Go to the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve, in the room where loot midgets spawn.
High chances of getting Jimmy Jenkins.

Do I have to have any mission at all?

Leave Doctor Order’s and Animal Rights without any progression.
Don’t pick the ECHOs nor release the creatures. First mission for guaranteed loot midget spawn and the second for less enemies and faster farming.

If i have 1 echo picked up on doctors orders does it mess the spawn up?

No, but avoid picking the rest.
Downs the midgets to 3 AFAIK.

Since it would seem you want someone to join, could you let me know whether this is for PS3 or PS4 so I can get you to the right section.

In my last five runs thru there, JJ twice popped out of one of the boxes.

this and as to picking up one of the echo’s, that won’t affect your chances by much, it’s still the best area to farm for JJ. He is very rare though, I have went several days (1 to 2 hours farming per day) and have not seen him, other times might get him at least1 time per run and have had 3 times where he has poped out of 3 of the 4 boxes on one run

From my own data, it seems that Jimmy Jenkins has roughly a 4% chance to spawn. For every 100 loot midgets I kill, around 3-5 are Jimmy.

Just got JJ yesterday from a locker in between the shielded room and the skag pen. Scared the crap outta me jumping out like that, unexpectedly.

I was going to BNK3R and he popped out on me from an ammo box right before the last gate:

Starting from Thousand Cuts Bridge I fought my way here and, no less than 5 Legendary Loot Midgets popped out of ammo boxes along the way. Jimmy Jenkins came out here, right before the last gate.
