Best builds to level up a new FL4K?

With all of the changes to FL4K’s skills, I’m wondering what the best way to level up a new FL4K would be? Does anybody have any recommendations for which skill tree is most effective to build around while leveling him up?

Rakk attack is the way to go when levelling up. The rakks do really good damage to enemies at lower level, all my mules are Rakk Flak now coz quickest to sanctuary. My end game Flak is fade away as at end game I found rakks less useful (though I believe Rakk pakk mod changes that) but you can always respec to that later.

Thanks! Any suggestions on skills or items (class mods, guns, etc.) to target specifically?

with good annoints endgame, Rakk Attack does provide easy activation and a good amount of annoint up time, tho the Rakks themselves won’t be doing any real carrying their weight.

Levelling up guns become obsolete after a while, so just shoot every gun you get and see what feels right for you. Any annointments that add damage or element on action skill end or Rakk attack is good for you though

Oh absolutely, my friend in my Maliwan team is running Rakk attack build with the new com, specced for cooldown and crit and he’s pretty much running 24/7 annointments boost.
