You can also follow twitter streamers or youtubers. I just got the Like, Follow and Obey skins from Sub Par Lover from twitter. I also watched his stream. Ki11erSix also gave one away today and does so through his streams.
I asked on twitter and they said they were planning to give codes out during events, and later that year will give it out to everyone. But now events are cancelled, so no idea what they’re planning now.

Go watch twitch. Each stream team member has like 200 codes to give out over 2 weeks.
K6 gave one away on twitter, those are redeemed in 20 seconds.
I am not one to watch streams honestly, I rather play myself. I hope they will be available for everyone soon.
People are also selling codes on Ebay, so if you’re willing to throw money down, go for it.
Your best chance is watching twitch partner streamers. Maybe not neccessarily from Joltz or K6, they just have so many viewers that it becomes super unlikely, but from some of the smaller ones. I got mine from MitsuShow for instance, who is a super nice guy and usually doesn’t have more than 100 viewers at a time.
